Gherzi Eastern Ltd

Our office for Gherzi Eastern Ltd is tucked away in Malibu Town on Sohna Road. If you know Gurgaon, you know how crazy the traffic gets out here, especially during peak hours. We are on the second floor of the Cw 24 building. It’s a decent spot, even if the stairs can be a bit of a climb when the elevator is being moody. Inside, it’s just a normal workplace. We’ve got some computers, a lot of drawings and files, and a small area where we have our tea. It’s not one of those high-rise offices with glass walls and free snacks. We’re more about the actual work. We spend most of the day looking at project sheets or talking to clients on the phone. It gets pretty busy, but we keep it casual among ourselves. Most of the people working here have lived in the area for years. We don't use fancy jargon or try to impress people with big words. We just explain what needs to be done and then we do it. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, but that’s just part of the deal. The neighborhood is okay, plenty of places to grab a quick bite nearby. We like being in Malibu Town because it feels a bit more grounded than the rest of the city. We’ve been here long enough to see the area change a lot since we first arrived. It is what it is.
