Gerson Lehrman Group

Gerson Lehrman Group is located over at C 1915 1916 A Phase 1 in Sushant Lok, Gurgaon. It’s a busy part of town, so getting in every morning can be a bit of a scramble with the traffic. Our space is pretty functional. We have the usual stuff you'd expect, like computers and a few meeting rooms that actually get used for eating lunch more often than meetings. Being in Gurgaon means there’s always something going on outside the window, which is nice when you need a break from staring at the screen. We’ve been here at Phase 1 for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The office itself is just a place where we get things done. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with a lobby or anything like that. It’s more about the people working at Gerson Lehrman Group. We’re a mixed group, some of us have been here years and others are newer. We try to keep things simple. If something needs fixing, we fix it. If a project is due, we stay until it’s finished. There’s a tea stall not far from the building where most of us end up at least once a day. It’s just how we operate. Nothing flashy, just a solid place to spend the workday and keep things moving along. It gets the job done for us and that’s what matters. We just keep our heads down and work.
