Gerson Lehrman Group

Our office in Noida is located at B 3 Sector 41. It is registered under Ida Up. Sector 41 is a pretty straightforward area, and we like it because the commute isn't too bad for most of us. We aren't in one of those huge corporate towers you see in other parts of Noida. Instead, we are in a more modest building on a normal street. The inside of the office is very plain. We have white walls and some basic chairs that have seen better days. There is a small table tucked in the back where we sit for lunch or a quick break. Most of our day is spent in front of screens, so we don't need much more than a desk and a working internet connection. We don't really have people walking in off the street, so the place stays fairly quiet. Sometimes the power cuts out for a bit, but we have a backup system that keeps us going. There are boxes of old files stacked in the hallway because we haven't found a better place for them yet. From the windows, we can watch the local traffic and the street vendors. It’s not a polished corporate space, but it’s where we get our work done. The food stalls nearby are great for a quick snack. We keep things low-key and just focus on the Gerson Lehrman Group tasks for the week.
