Our office for Gerson Lehrman Group India Pvt Ltd is at A 101 Shivalaya Appartments, Gh 14 Sector 56 in Gurgaon. It’s actually inside an apartment complex, which gives it a very different feel than a standard office park. We have a few rooms set up with computers and printers. It’s a bit more personal working from Sector 56. We know the neighbors and the people downstairs. We’ve been here at 122003 for a good while now. The space is a bit lived-in, but that’s because we’re actually here working every day. We don't have a big corporate logo on the door. Gerson Lehrman Group India Pvt Ltd is just a group of us trying to keep things running smoothly. The commute into Gurgaon can be tough, but once we’re inside Shivalaya Appartments, it’s pretty calm. We spend our time on calls and doing research. Sometimes the internet goes out and we all have to wait around, but usually, it’s pretty steady. We don’t have a cleaning crew that comes in every night, so we mostly tidy up after ourselves. It’s a simple, honest way to work. There aren't any big meetings with PowerPoint slides. We just talk to each other and get the tasks done. It’s a practical setup that fits our needs perfectly without any unnecessary extras or fancy talk. We just like to keep it real and focus on what’s right in front of us each morning.
