Genpact

We’re over at House Number 615 in Sector 17A. This is one of the Genpact spots that feels more like a home than a workplace. We’re in a regular residential street, so it’s pretty common to see kids playing or neighbors chatting outside while we’re inside working on our computers. The house has been modified a bit to fit all our desks and the server rack. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze, especially in the main room where the bulk of the team sits. We spend our days going through lists, answering emails, and keeping the records straight. There’s no big reception area or polished lobby. You just walk in and see everyone at their desks. We have a small fridge for our lunches and a kettle that’s always on the go for tea. The lighting is just what was already in the house, plus a few extra lamps we brought in. It can get a bit loud when we’re all talking, but we’re used to it. The parking situation is a bit tricky on this street, so most of us try to carpool. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls or modern art. It’s just a practical place where we come to do our jobs and then head home. We’ve been here for a while and the routine is pretty set now. It's a low-key environment where we just focus on the tasks at hand. It works for us.
