Genpact

Genpact has this spot at House No 1337 in Sector 17 C. It’s right near MDI in Gurgaon, so it’s a pretty well-known part of town. Working out of Haryana 122002 means we deal with the usual city noise and the busy streets every day. The building itself is just a regular house that we use for our operations. It doesn't look like those massive skyscrapers you see in Cyber City, which is fine by us. We mostly handle back-office stuff here. The desks are crowded and there’s always someone on the phone or typing away. We have a small kitchen area where everyone grabs coffee. It gets pretty hectic during the middle of the week when all the reports are due. We don't have a big sign outside or anything. Usually, people just know us by the house number. The neighbors are a mix of families and other small offices. Parking is always a bit of a headache on this street, but we manage. Most of the staff takes the metro or shares rides anyway. It’s a plain, working environment where we just focus on getting the lists and files sorted out. Nothing fancy, just a group of people doing their jobs in a residential-style setup. It stays busy from morning until late evening, and then we lock up and head home. We just keep at it and make sure the paperwork is sorted by Friday.
