Genpact

Our workspace is on the 3 D Top Floor in Pocket J of Sheikh Sarai Phase II. Being on the top floor means we get a lot of steps in because the lift is not always the most reliable thing in the world. It is quite a walk up when it is broken. The office itself is just a set of rooms where we handle our Genpact business tasks. Sheikh Sarai is a busy area with lots of traffic, but once you are up here, it is a bit quieter. We have been at this address for a good bit now. The roof gets really hot in the middle of May and June, so we have to keep the AC running constantly. We have a few desks pushed together in the main area. It is not a huge team here, just a few of us making sure things run right. We do not do much in the way of decorating. There are some old calendars on the wall and a lot of wires running across the floor. We try to keep things simple. Lunch is usually something someone brought from home or ordered from the shop downstairs. We do not have a fancy cafeteria. It is just a plain office where we put in our hours and get the job done. Sometimes we stay late when the workload is heavy, watching the lights come on in the city. It is a decent place to spend the day.
