Genpact

You can find us at B 33 in Rohit Apartment, which is Plot No 30 in Sector 10, Dwarka. Being in an apartment complex makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed than a standard office. We have a few rooms set up with our equipment and desks. Sector 10 is a nice part of Dwarka, and it is usually easy to get to. We have been here at Genpact for some time, just handling the daily operations. The sunlight comes in through the big windows in the afternoon, which is nice until it gets too hot. We usually keep the curtains drawn then. There are a lot of other people living in the building, so we see the same faces in the lift every day. We do not have any big corporate logos on the walls inside. It is mostly just shelves with files and our computers. We try to stay organized, though it gets a bit messy when we have a lot of deadlines. The kitchen is small, just enough for a kettle and a microwave. We take turns making tea. It is a very normal environment. No one wears suits or anything like that. We just come in, do what needs to be done for the clients, and go home. It is a steady place to work, and we like being in this part of Delhi. It suits the way we do things here.
