Genpact

We are based out of House No 1063 in Patiala. It is right in Urban Estate Phase 2. The area is mostly houses and some quiet streets, which makes it a nice place for an office. Genpact has been in this spot for a bit. It is easy to find if you know the Phase 2 layout. We usually have the tea kettle going by nine. It gets busy during the middle of the day, but we mostly just stick to our tasks. Patiala has its own pace, and we try to follow that. The neighborhood is friendly enough. We share the street with families and a few other small setups. Sometimes the power goes out in the summer heat, but we just manage. It is a sturdy building with enough room for everyone to sit and do their part. We don't really do big meetings or anything flashy. It is just a workspace where we get things sorted. The address is pretty straightforward. Punjab is a good place to work from. We keep our files organized and the desks as clean as they can be with so many people coming in and out. If you walk down the road, there are some nice spots to grab a quick lunch. It is a practical setup for what we do every day. We have a few plants by the window but they need more water than we remember to give them. It is a good little spot.
