Genpact

If you know Shastri Nagar, you probably know the petrol pump near us. Genpact is right there at A 723, which is a pretty easy landmark for people to find. Delhi 52 is a crowded part of the city, and our street is no different. There’s always noise from the traffic and people shouting, but you get used to it after a week or two. Our office is a simple one. We didn’t spend a lot of money on fancy furniture or art for the walls. Instead, we have what we need to get through the day. The building is tucked in among others, and sometimes the sunlight doesn’t quite reach the back rooms, so we keep the lights on all day. It’s an honest place to work. We know the guy who sells tea around the corner, and we usually get a round in the afternoon. The floor is a bit worn down in the spots where we roll our chairs, but that just shows Genpact has been here working hard. We don't try to act like we're some big corporate entity; we’re just a group of people in a building near a gas station. It’s dusty sometimes, and the stairs are a bit steep, but it works for us. We’ve been at this location for a while now and don’t see ourselves moving anytime soon. It’s home for Genpact.
