Genpact

Out here in Rishikesh, we are located at A 1339 in the IDPL area, near Virbhadra. It’s a lot different from the offices in the big cities like Bangalore or Delhi. The air feels a bit cleaner, and it’s generally much quieter around here most of the time. This Genpact location is more of a modest setup. The building is surrounded by a bit of greenery, which is a nice change of pace. We don't have the constant sound of traffic, though you might hear a cow or a scooter now and then. The office inside is practical and simple. We have our computers and some basic furniture that’s been around for a while. It’s a small team, so everyone knows each other well. We usually take our breaks outside to enjoy the sun when it’s not too hot. The IDPL colony has its own old-school charm, and we feel like a part of that slow-moving life. Sometimes the power is a bit unreliable, especially during the monsoon, so we have to be patient with the backup systems. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. You just walk in and find us working. It’s an honest kind of place where the work gets done without much fuss. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't the nightmare it is in the metros. It’s just a steady, calm place to spend the day.
