Genpact

Over here at E303 Maple Heights, Block C, we are part of the Sushant Lok 1 scene in Gurgaon 12202. Genpact has this space that feels more like a lived-in office than a corporate showroom. Gurgaon is usually all about those shiny skyscrapers and glass walls, but being in Maple Heights makes it feel a bit more grounded. We deal with the usual Gurgaon stuff, like the dust and the heat, but the air conditioning usually holds up okay for us. Our office isn’t huge. It’s a bit cramped when everyone shows up at the same time for a shift, but we make it work. We’ve got a small balcony area where some of us go to just stand for a minute and look at the traffic below. The furniture is a bit mismatched because we’ve added bits and pieces over time as we needed them. It’s not a designer space. It’s just where we do our jobs. We’ve got a kettle that makes a weird whistling sound, but it gets the job done for our tea breaks. People here are mostly local or commute from nearby, so we talk about the metro or which roads are flooded when it rains. It’s a very plain, honest kind of place. We don’t have any of those motivational quotes on the walls. We just know what needs to be done. This is just our small corner.
