Genpact

The RK Square building over in Cyber City is where you’ll find us, right on Plot 4A. Being in DLF Phase II means we are right in the thick of things, which has its ups and downs for everyone. The traffic getting into Cyber City in the morning is honestly pretty terrible most days, but once you’re inside the office, it’s not too bad. We have a decent amount of space here, though it feels like we are always moving furniture around to make room for more stuff. It is a busy environment with a lot of people coming and going. The building itself is okay, though the elevators can be a bit slow during the peak hours of the day. We spend a lot of time on our computers, dealing with the various projects that come our way at Genpact. There is a lot of noise from the street below, but we have gotten used to it over the years. It’s just the sound of the city, I guess. We aren’t big on fancy decorations or anything. The walls are mostly bare, and we just focus on the work that needs to get done. We take our breaks when we can and try to help each other out when things get a bit hectic in the afternoon. It’s a standard office life, nothing more and nothing less. Just a group of people working together in a big building in Gurgaon. We stay until the job is done for the day.
