Genpact

The office here in Sector 56 is located inside Devinder Vihar, which feels a lot more like a community than a standard business district. Being at C 5013 means we are right in the middle of where people actually live, so there are always kids playing nearby or people walking their dogs. It makes the workday feel a little less like a grind. We have a small team here at Genpact, and we mostly keep to ourselves and focus on the day-to-day operations. The space is a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We have a few old chairs that probably need replacing and a printer that jams if you put too much paper in it. Still, the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don't wear suits or anything like that, usually just whatever is comfortable for the weather. The local shops nearby are great for a quick snack in the middle of the afternoon when we need a break from the computer screens. Gurgaon can be a stressful place to work, but this little pocket of Sector 56 is usually quite calm. We do our work, chat a bit about our weekends, and make sure everything is sorted before we lock up for the night. It’s a practical way to run things, and it has served us well so far. We like being part of the neighborhood and seeing the same friendly faces around.
