Genpact

We’ve been at this spot in DLF Phase III for a while now. It’s a busy part of Gurgaon, especially around U78, and there is always something going on outside the windows. Most days start with the usual rush of people trying to find parking or grabbing a quick tea before the shift really gets moving. The office itself isn’t anything fancy, just a place where we get the work done and try to stay organized. Sometimes the AC acts up when it gets really hot in the afternoon, but we manage. We handle a lot of different tasks here at Genpact, mostly just keeping things running for the people who depend on us. It gets a bit noisy during the lunch hour because everyone is talking at once, but that is just how it is. It’s a decent place to spend the day, even if the commute through Gurgaon traffic can be a real headache some mornings. We have a few desks, some computers, and plenty of coffee to keep us going. If you are looking for us, we are right near those blocks 45 and 46. It’s easy to miss if you aren’t looking closely at the building numbers. We don't really do much in the way of big announcements or anything like that. We just show up, do the work, and then head home once the sun goes down. It works for us and keeps everyone busy enough throughout the week.
