Genpact

We are located at Flat No 390 in the Dda Sfs Flats, right in Sector 22, Pocket 1 of Dwarka. It’s a standard residential flat that we’ve turned into our Genpact workspace. It’s a bit of a squeeze when everyone is in the office at the same time, but we make it work. The walls are a bit thin, so we can sometimes hear the neighbors' TVs or people talking in the hallway. We do a lot of support work and data management here. It’s the kind of job that requires a lot of patience and attention to detail. We have desks tucked into every available corner. The balcony is our only real break spot, where we go to get a bit of fresh air. New Delhi weather can be tough, but we have a couple of air conditioners that keep us from melting. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby with magazines. You just knock on the door and come in. It’s a very practical setup. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing away at keyboards. Sometimes the elevator in the block breaks down, and we have to take the stairs, which is a good workout I guess. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We’re just a small group of people doing our jobs in Dwarka75. We try to get the work done right and then go home to our families at the end of the day.
