Genpact

You can find us at F 41 in Greenwood City, over in Sector 46 of Gurgaon. It’s a nicer part of the city with more trees than you usually see. We work out of this location for Genpact, and it’s a pretty comfortable spot. The office is set up in a way that feels more like a home than a cubicle farm. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee and sometimes heat up lunch. Most of our day is spent on computers, managing different projects and keeping track of schedules. It’s quiet enough here that we can actually hear ourselves think, which is a luxury in Gurgaon. We don't have a big corporate banner hanging off the roof. We just have our desks set up in the main rooms. Sometimes the power goes out, but the generator usually kicks in pretty quick. We’ve got a small team here, so everyone knows everyone else’s business. We aren't doing anything flashy or impressive. We just make sure the client work gets done on time. The walk from the main gate can be a bit long if you don't have a car, especially when it’s raining. We just focus on the task list and try to stay organized. It’s a decent place to work, and we just try to keep things moving along without any unnecessary drama. Some of us have been here for years, and it feels like a second home.
