Genpact

This Genpact office is located at House No 1849 in Sector 23, Gurgaon. It’s a residential house that we’ve converted into a working space. It’s nice because it doesn't feel like those giant glass buildings you see in other parts of the city. We have a small garden in the front that we try to keep alive, though the heat makes it tough. Inside, the rooms are filled with desks and cables. We do a lot of processing work here. It involves a lot of sitting and looking at screens for long hours. We try to take breaks and walk around the block just to stretch our legs. The neighborhood is mostly families, so it stays fairly peaceful during the day. Sometimes a delivery driver gets lost trying to find the house number, but we eventually flag them down from the gate. We aren't a big team, just a group of people trying to keep up with the daily workload. There’s always a stack of folders that needs sorting. We don't have a cafeteria, so we all bring lunch from home or order from the local place down the road. The air conditioning is the most important thing in the office during May and June. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and head home. It’s a simple setup, but it works for us. We don't need anything fancy to do a good job. We just focus on the task in front of us.
