Genpact

Our spot is at 100B in Ss Ramesh Nagar. If you know New Delhi, you know this area stays pretty active and loud. We’ve been here for some time now, working under the Genpact name. The building is older, but it serves us well enough for what we do. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a small area for lunch. We don't have much extra space, so we have to stay organized or things get messy fast. The street outside is always noisy with traffic and people shouting, but you get used to it after a week or two. We handle a lot of backend tasks here. It’s mostly checking numbers and making sure everything matches up. It isn't the most exciting work, but it’s important and it keeps us busy throughout the week. We usually take turns getting snacks from the stalls nearby during the afternoon break. The lighting in the back room isn't great, so we brought in some extra lamps. It feels more like a home office than a big corporation branch. We don't have a big HR department sitting here or anything like that. It’s just a handful of us making sure the work gets finished. Sometimes the power cuts out for a minute, and we all just wait for the backup to kick in. It’s just a normal day for us in Ramesh Nagar. We keep our heads down and get through the tasks without making a big fuss about it.
