Genpact

You can find us over in Sector 15 Part 2 in Gurgaon. Our office, Genpact, is on the ground floor of House 1462. It is right behind Salwan Public School, which is actually the easiest way to tell people how to get here. If you know where the school is, you basically know where we are. Being on the ground floor is convenient because we don't have to deal with stairs or elevators every time we need to step out for a minute. We’ve been in this part of Haryana for a while now. Gurgaon has changed a lot, but this little pocket of Sector 15 still feels pretty familiar and quiet. The office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a regular house turned into a workspace. We spend our days here focusing on our tasks and making sure everything is handled correctly. It’s a calm enough street most of the time, though you hear the school bells and the kids occasionally, which isn't so bad. We just do our work and go home. There isn't any corporate talk here. We're just a group of people working out of a ground-floor office in a residential-feeling area. It works for us. If someone asks where we work, we just say behind the school. That usually clears things up. It’s a practical setup for the kind of stuff we do daily. We don't need much else to get the job done right.
