Genpact

We are tucked away in Ardee City, specifically at Gf C 19 9 in Sector 52 of Gurgaon. It’s a pretty quiet residential neighborhood compared to the rest of the city. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for the Genpact team to just walk in and start the day without waiting for an elevator. The office space isn't huge, but it fits all of us and our computers just fine. We usually have the fans or the air conditioner running because it gets hot in the afternoons. Outside, you can hear the sounds of the colony, like kids playing or people walking their dogs. The security at the gate is good, so we feel safe working late if we have to. Sometimes we order food from the nearby market in Sector 52 when we have a lot of work to finish at Genpact. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, and there’s a stack of old files in the corner, but it’s a comfortable place for us. We don’t really deal with customers face-to-face here, it’s mostly just us working on the computers and taking phone calls. The commute can be a bit of a headache with the Gurgaon traffic, but once you get inside the colony gates, it’s much more peaceful. We keep a kettle in the corner for making coffee and tea. It's just a normal place where we work together and try to stay on top of our daily goals without any fuss.
