Genpact

Our office is on the 1st floor at 235 Indra Vihar, right in the Delhi 09 area. If you know this part of the city, you know it’s always buzzing with students and people heading to the nearby colleges. Genpact has been here for a bit, and we’ve become part of the local scenery. The 1st-floor location is handy because we don't have to wait for an elevator, though the stairs can be a bit of a workout after a long day. Inside, it’s a pretty functional setup. We have rows of desks, some old filing cabinets, and a whole lot of cables tucked under the floorboards. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find fancy coffee machines or a game room. We’re here to work, and that’s what we do. The noise from the street filters in sometimes, especially during the peak hours, but we’ve mostly learned to tune it out. Lunch is usually a quick affair, often grabbed from one of the many stalls in Indra Vihar that cater to the local crowd. We aren't big on corporate talk or unnecessary jargon. We just talk like regular people and try to get through the pile of work on our desks. It’s a humble workspace, but it serves its purpose well. Everyone knows their job, and we just get on with it without any fuss or trying to be something we aren't.
