Our branch is over at 456 10 Krishna Colony, right near the Geeta Bhawan in Gurgaon. It’s a familiar landmark for anyone trying to find us. This part of Gurgaon feels a bit different from the high-rise office parks, more grounded and lived-in. We have a decent-sized space here where we handle various support tasks for Genpact India. The office layout is pretty basic with rows of desks and some meeting rooms that are almost always occupied. We don’t go in for anything too flashy; it’s mostly about having a functional place to sit and get through the daily workload. The street outside can get quite crowded with rickshaws and delivery bikes, especially in the evenings. We’ve had to get creative with how we organize our storage because the files just seem to keep growing every month. Most of us have been working here long enough to know the best spots for tea nearby. The atmosphere inside is usually quiet, punctuated by the sound of typing and the occasional phone call. We don't have a professional receptionist or a fancy waiting area. If someone visits, they usually just pull up a chair by a desk. It’s a very practical setup where the focus is on finishing the day’s tasks so we can get home. The power backup is a lifesaver during the summer months when the grid gets overloaded.
