We are located over at 97 Sector 22 in Gurgaon. If you know Haryana, you know how busy it can get around here. Our office isn't one of those massive skyscrapers you see in the distance. It’s more of a local spot. We’ve got our rhythm down. Usually, the morning starts with everyone complaining about the heat or the traffic on the way in. Once we sit down at our desks, it’s just business as usual for Genpact India. We handle whatever comes across our desks. It’s a lot of routine stuff, but we keep each other entertained. We don't have a big cafeteria or a gym or anything fancy. There’s a guy down the street who sells good snacks, and that’s where most of us end up during the afternoon break. The office itself is just a place to work. It’s got desks and chairs that have seen better days, but they do the job just fine. We don't put on any acts here. If you walk in, you’ll see people just working hard. It’s an honest way to spend the day. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to get the spreadsheets done and the emails sent. It’s a practical environment for practical people. We’ve been in Sector 22 for a while and we’ve become part of the furniture around here. We don't need much to be happy, just a working computer and a steady flow of tea. Most of us are just regular folks doing our best.
