Genpact Gurgaon

Our office is based at House No 1869 in Sector 4, Gurgaon 122002. It is a regular house in a residential sector, which is how we like to keep things for the Genpact Gurgaon team. Sector 4 is one of the older, more established parts of Gurgaon, so it feels a bit more settled than the newer parts with all the skyscrapers. We use the house as our main working space. It has a yard out front and regular rooms that we have filled with desks and office chairs. It feels a lot more comfortable than a cold office building. We spend our days here handling various business tasks and keeping things organized. Since it is a house, we have a kitchen where we can make our own tea and a bit of space to breathe during breaks. The street outside is usually lined with parked cars and people walking their dogs. It is a very normal, local atmosphere. We don't have a fancy corporate culture here; we just have a group of people who show up and do their jobs. Sometimes we sit out in the small garden area if the weather isn't too hot. We focus on the practical side of the business, making sure the records are updated and the schedules are met. It’s a plain, honest way to work, and being in Sector 4 makes it feel like we are part of a real neighborhood.
