Ge

So, we are based out of Ganga Apartments here in Kaushambi. Being in Ghaziabad is pretty convenient for our daily routine because of where the building is located. Ge is just the name on the door, but really it is just a small team of us working out of unit 903. Since it is an apartment building, it has that lived-in feel which we actually like quite a bit. It is much quieter than being right on the main road with all the noise. We have been in this spot for a bit now and the neighbors are all used to us coming and going throughout the day. The space gets a bit tight sometimes with all the paperwork and the computer desks, but we make it work. Usually, the day starts with someone making a pot of tea or coffee and then we dive into whatever work came in overnight. There is always something to do. Ghaziabad has grown so much lately and it is getting crowded, but Kaushambi is still a decent spot to be. We do not spend any money on flashy signs or big lobbies. We would rather just get the work done and head home to our families. Some days are longer than others, especially when there is a deadline, but that is just how things go. We do not have a big HR department or anything like that; we just talk things out over lunch.
