We are located at C 1104 in the Irwo Classic Apartments, which is part of Rail Vihar in Sector 57, Sushant Lok 3, Gurgaon. Our office for Ge Capital International Services Ltd is right in the middle of this busy residential hub. Being in a high-rise apartment complex like this gives us a specific kind of workday. We share the elevators with families and people going about their daily chores. Our unit is on the eleventh floor, so it is usually quite bright during the day. We’ve set up our desks and equipment in a way that makes the most of the space, but it’s still very much an apartment at heart. There is a small balcony where we sometimes step out for a minute of fresh air, though the Gurgaon air isn't always that fresh. We handle all our business from here, using the various rooms for different departments. It is not a polished corporate suite with a glass entrance. Instead, it is a place where you might see someone’s laundry drying on a neighboring balcony. This keeps us grounded and focused on the actual work instead of just the appearance of it. We like being in Sector 57 because it is a bit away from the main highway noise but still close enough to get everywhere we need to go. It is a simple, practical way to run things without any fancy decor.
