Ganga Power Control Pvt Ltd is situated at Plot 370 in Section 7 of the IMT Manesar area. If you know Manesar you know it is full of factories and industrial units stretching out for miles in every direction. Our place is one of those units where we focus on power control systems and electrical panels. It is a very hands-on environment so you will see a lot of tools and copper wiring lying around on the workbenches. The floor is concrete and we have big shutters that we roll up in the morning to let the air in. It gets quite hot during the summer months because of all the machinery and the metal roof but we are used to it by now. We aren't a big fancy office with carpets and glass walls. Instead we have a functional space where we can assemble things and test them out before they go to the customers. Most of our days are spent checking circuits or looking at technical drawings to make sure everything is connected the right way. The noise from the nearby factories is constant but it’s just the sound of the neighborhood to us. We have a small office section for the paperwork but most of the action happens out on the main floor where the actual building gets done. It’s a solid place to work and we keep our heads down and get the job finished.
