G S Engg Construction India Ltd is based in Gurgaon, Haryana. Our office is located at D 116 Mayur Lane in Ashok Vihar Phase 2. We are quite close to Sector 5, which makes it easier for people to find us. The office itself is a straightforward place. We have some desks, computers for our engineering work, and a small area where we can sit down to talk about projects. It’s not one of those glass-and-steel buildings you see in the newer parts of Gurgaon. Ashok Vihar has more of a residential and small-business feel to it. There is usually a bit of construction noise from somewhere nearby, and the lanes can be a bit tight when two cars try to pass each other. We’ve been at this location for a while, and it serves us well as a central point for our operations. Most mornings start with a quick meeting to see where everyone needs to be for the day. We don’t have a big HR department or a fancy canteen. We usually just order lunch from a local place or bring it from home. Our team is practical and focused on the technical side of things. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations; we’d rather be out at a site or working through a difficult drawing. It’s a busy, unpretentious environment that reflects the way we like to work.
