At Fujitsu India, our office is on the second floor of W 155 in Uppals Southend. This is in Sector 49, right off Sohna Road in Gurgaon. It’s a pretty busy area with a lot of development happening all around us. The building is part of a larger residential and commercial mix, so it doesn't feel like a cold office park. We have a fair amount of space on the second floor, but we’ve filled most of it with workstations and cabinets. The windows look out over the street, which is usually packed with cars and people heading to work. Inside, it’s a bit more relaxed. We have a small kitchen area where we keep the fridge and a microwave. The commute can be a bit of a slog depending on the traffic on Sohna Road, but we are used to it by now. We don’t have any fancy mission statements on the walls. It’s mostly just whiteboards covered in scribbles and diagrams. The pincode is 122101 if you’re using GPS. We’ve been here for a bit and have gotten to know the other tenants in the building. It’s a good spot for us because it’s central enough but still feels like a neighborhood. We focus on our daily tasks and try to keep things running smoothly without making a big production out of it.
