Frehser

Frehser is based out in Maneser, Gurgaon. If you know this part of Haryana, you know it’s mostly industrial and there’s always a lot of dust and trucks moving around. We are right in the middle of all that activity. Our office is a simple setup because we don’t see the point in having a flashy place when we spend most of our time actually working. The commute from the main part of Gurgaon can be a real pain with the traffic on the highway, so we usually try to get in early. Once we are here, it’s just the usual grind. We have a few desks and a very old water cooler that makes a loud thumping noise. It’s not the quietest place to work because of the factories nearby, but it keeps us on our toes. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy letters. It is just us handling the daily operations as they come. Some days are busier than others, especially when the power cuts happen and we have to wait for the backup to kick in. We just deal with things as they happen. It’s a very practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We don’t have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a calendar with a lot of scribbles on it.
