We just come in every morning and start on the day's work. We don't have any big corporate policies that don't make sense. We just talk to each other and figure things out as we go. It’s a very hands-on way of working. The building is just a normal house, so people sometimes walk right past it if they aren't looking for number 406. We like it that way because it keeps things peaceful. We don't need a lot of attention. We just need a good place to work and this house in Gurgaon provides that. It's nothing fancy, just a group of people doing their jobs in a residential part of the city. We've got our own little routine established here.
