DLF Phase III in Gurgaon is a mix of big shiny buildings and then the smaller blocks like where we are at U 71/15. It’s a very busy part of town. You can hear the construction and the traffic almost all the time. Our office is pretty straightforward. We have the usual stuff, desks, some old chairs that squeak a bit, and a coffee machine that works when it feels like it. Being in Gurgaon means everything feels fast, but inside our four walls, we try to just stay focused. We’ve got a few rooms where we sit and talk through things. It’s not a massive space. If more than five people stand in the hallway, it feels crowded. We like it that way, though. It keeps everyone in the loop without having to send a million emails. The commute for most of us is a bit of a pain, but that’s just Gurgaon life for you. We often stay late when there’s a lot to do, and you can see the lights from the other buildings through the window. It’s a practical place to work. We don't have a fancy lounge or a gym or anything. We just have our workstations and each other. It’s an honest way to spend the day. We’ve been in this spot for a while and have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood.
