Our office for Expeditors International India Private Limited is tucked away in the Ridgewood area of DLF Phase IV. If you know Gurgaon, you know how busy it gets around the Galleria mall, and we are right near there at Resi E 144. It is a decent spot to be in, even if the traffic during rush hour is a nightmare. We spend our days dealing with a lot of paperwork and tracking things across borders. It is a lot of logistics work, which mostly means staring at spreadsheets and making sure items get from point A to point B without too many hiccups. We aren't a massive corporate skyscraper type of place, just a private limited setup trying to keep things moving. Haryana has its own way of doing things, and we’ve adapted to the pace here. Sometimes the phones ring off the hook and other times we are just waiting for an update from a port or a truck driver. It’s not the kind of job where you see the results immediately, but we know when things land where they are supposed to. The building itself is pretty plain, nothing special to look at. We moved in because it was convenient for the team. Most of us have been working together for a few years now, so we have a rhythm going. We just show up, do the work, and head home to our families. It is a simple life and we are okay with that.
