You can find us on the second floor of U-14/20 in DLF Phase-III. Tapan Sharma runs the place. It’s right in the middle of DLF City in Gurgaon, which is always busy. Event stuff is usually a mess behind the scenes, and our office reflects that sometimes. There are boxes, lists, and phones ringing quite a bit. We’ve been doing this for a while, just organizing things for people who need them. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us who know how to get things from point A to point B without too much trouble. Sometimes things go wrong, and we have to fix them on the fly, but that's just how events are. Gurgaon is a good place for this kind of work because there is always something happening. Our space isn't meant for showing off; it's where we do the planning and the phone calls. We spend a lot of time talking to vendors and making sure everyone is where they should be. It gets pretty tiring, but it's what we do. If you're in the neighborhood, we're just up those stairs. We don't have a big sign out front or anything. We mostly just work by word of mouth and keeping busy with whoever calls. It’s a straightforward life, really. Just planning and hoping the weather stays good for the outdoor bits. We’ve been here a few years now and it stays busy.
