We are over in Sector 4 of Gurgaon, at house number 1925. This part of Gurgaon feels a bit different from the new, shiny high-rise areas. It’s more established and has a bit more of a lived-in feel to it. Our office is just a regular building on a regular street. We don't have a giant sign or a fancy lobby with a fountain. It’s a straightforward workplace where we get things done. Most of us have been working together here for quite a while, so we know each other's habits and how we like to work. There’s a kitchen where we spend a lot of time talking about things that have nothing to do with work. The office can get a bit cluttered with all the files and computers, but it’s a productive kind of clutter. Parking can be a bit of a headache on this street sometimes, but we usually figure it out. We aren't trying to be the most famous company in the world. We just want to do good work and keep our clients happy. It’s a simple philosophy, if you can even call it that. We show up, we work, and we head back to our families. The neighborhood is quiet enough that we can actually concentrate, which is nice. It’s a very grounded place to spend your day. We like it here in Sector 4 and don't really see ourselves moving anytime soon.
