We've been operating out of Ridgewood Estate in DLF Phase IV for a while now. It's a nice spot in Gurgaon, fairly busy but we manage. Most of the folks here are just focused on getting the work done. We started small, just a few desks and computers, and kept at it. It isn't a fancy office with a big lobby or anything like that, just a functional space where we handle our daily tasks. People often ask what we do exactly, and it's mostly research and data stuff. It gets pretty intense during the week. We try to keep things organized, though some days the paperwork piles up more than we'd like. The neighborhood is convenient since there are shops nearby when we need a break or a quick snack. We aren't trying to be the biggest place on the block, just a reliable one where people know what they're doing. Some of us have been here since the beginning, so we know the building inside and out. It’s got a bit of a lived-in feel now. We don't spend much time on decorations or looking slick. It’s more about sitting down, drinking some tea, and finishing the reports. If you're looking for us, we're in block C. It’s easy to find once you're inside the estate. Just a regular workplace with regular people trying to do a decent job every day.
