Our office is at 1108 Sector 4 in Gurgaon. This is a more traditional residential part of the city compared to the new high-rises. The house is a regular two-story building and we use a portion of it for our daily tasks. It feels very different from the glass buildings you see on the main roads. We have a small yard out front where some of us sit during lunch if the weather is okay. Inside, it is mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of cables running across the floor. We tried to hide the wires, but it didn't really work out. Sector 4 is a bit quieter than the commercial hubs. You can hear birds sometimes, which is nice. We have a small kitchen where we make our own coffee because the local shops are a bit of a walk away. The furniture is a bit mismatched because we bought things as we needed them over the years. It is not a place for showing off. We are just here to do the work that comes our way. There is no receptionist at the entrance. If the bell rings, one of us just gets up to see who it is. We have a few regular delivery guys who know exactly where to leave the packages. It is a simple, no-nonsense setup that works for us.
