Evalueserve Pvt Ltd is situated in DLF Phase III, which is one of the busiest parts of Gurgaon. If you’ve spent any time here, you know how the traffic can be, but it’s a central spot to be in. Our office isn't one of those massive glass buildings that touch the clouds. It’s a more modest space that sits among the many other buildings in this area. Inside, the vibe is pretty casual. We have our desks, some old chairs, and plenty of power strips for all our computers. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes with all the stuff we have stored around the corners. We don't have a professional cleaning crew coming in every hour, so it feels lived-in and real. We have a small area where we eat lunch, usually talking about movies or whatever is happening in the city. The noise from the street sometimes drifts in, but we don’t mind it much. It’s just part of being in Phase III. We don’t have a formal dress code or anything like that. Most of us just wear what’s comfortable for a long day. We don’t spend much time on fancy presentations about our goals. We just look at the tasks for the day and try to get through them. It’s a very real, hardworking environment without any of the corporate fluff you find in bigger places. We like it here because it’s convenient and it works for our small team.
