It’s a bit more organized than the streets outside the gates. Our office isn’t huge, but it’s sufficient for what we do every day. Getting here from the main road can be a bit of a crawl during peak hours because Sohna Road is always under some kind of construction or just full of cars. Once you’re inside the township, it’s much calmer. The building is a standard structure, nothing too flashy. We have our desks set up in a way that allows us to talk to each other without shouting. There’s a small area where we keep the water cooler and the coffee machine, which is where most of the morning chatter happens. It’s a regular job for us, and the atmosphere reflects that. We aren't big on formal meetings or long presentations. We just get our instructions and get to work. Sometimes we go for a walk in the lanes of Malibu Town during the lunch hour just to get some fresh air. It’s a decent place to spend the day, away from the extreme noise of the city centers. It’s just a group of us working through the week and looking forward to the weekend.
