Our setup is located in Surya Apartments, specifically Flat B 408 at CGHS GH71 in Sector 55. Being in a residential complex makes it a bit different than a standard commercial building. It’s much quieter here, which is nice when we need to focus on our work. You have to go through the main gate and sign in with the security guard, which can be a bit of a process if they are busy with deliveries. The elevators are sometimes slow, so we end up waiting in the lobby for a while chatting about the weather. Inside the flat, we’ve converted the main rooms into our working area. It still feels a bit like a home, with the kitchen right there and the balcony looking over the other towers. We have our computers set up on long tables. It’s a good location in Gurgaon because the metro isn't too far away, though we mostly just drive or take a cab. The neighborhood is fairly green for this part of the city. We have a lot of books and papers stacked up in the corner of the room that we need to sort through. Usually, the afternoons are very still, just the sound of typing and the occasional pressure cooker whistling from a neighbor’s kitchen nearby. It’s a relaxed environment. We don't wear formal clothes or anything like that. It’s just us working in a comfortable space that doesn't feel like a cold, empty glass office building.
