Ethical Manpower

Ethical Manpower is based out of DLF Phase 2 in Gurgaon. Specifically, we’re located at M 9 28. It’s where Sudha Kumari and the rest of us spend our days looking through resumes and talking to people looking for work. Gurgaon is a fast place, everything moves quickly here, especially with jobs. We try to keep up with the pace from our office. It’s not a huge setup, just enough room for the desks and the files we need to keep track of. Hiring can be a bit of a mess sometimes, but we do what we can to match people up with what they need. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s just a place where work happens. Most days we are on the phone or meeting someone who just moved to the city. DLF Phase 2 is a good spot for us because it’s central. People can find us without too much trouble. We don’t use any of those big fancy slogans you see on billboards. We just talk to folks and see if there’s a fit for the roles we have open. It gets busy, and sometimes the coffee runs out before noon, but we make it work. We’ve been at this address for a bit now and the locals know where to find us. Just a regular manpower office trying to stay organized in a busy city like Gurgaon.
