We are Ersnt Young Pvt Ltd, and you can find us over at 22 E in Hisar, though we do a lot of our business related to Gurgaon. It’s a bit of a trek between the two sometimes, but we manage. Our setup is pretty straightforward. We don’t go for the high-end office furniture or the fancy lighting you see in magazines. It’s just a place where we get the consulting and financial work done. Gurgaon is always changing and growing, so we try to keep our feet on the ground here in India. Sometimes the office is quiet, and other times everyone is talking at once. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. This is just how we talk. We focus on the numbers and the advice we give to clients. It’s practical stuff. Most of our day is spent at the computer or on the phone. We’ve been around long enough to know that being honest is better than being flashy. People come to us because they know we’ll just tell it like it is without any sugarcoating. We are located in a busy part of the area, so there’s always traffic and noise outside, but inside the office, we keep things organized. It’s a small team, really. We know each other well and we know our jobs. That’s enough to keep us going every day without any extra fuss.
