Ernst Young

Our spot is in Shakarpur at Shri Balaji Bhawan. If you know this part of New Delhi, you know how packed the streets get, especially near the metro station. A 162 is where the Ernst Young crew spends our mornings and late evenings. The building itself is older, and you can hear the traffic from the main road all day long. We do not have any big signs or flashy lights out front. Inside, there are just desks and some filing cabinets filled with stuff we need for the day. We drink a lot of tea here just to keep going through the afternoon slump. The neighbors are mostly other small businesses or families living nearby, so there is always some noise in the hallway. It is a bit cramped when we have a few people over at once, but we make it work. Dealing with the summer heat in Delhi is the hardest part, even with the fans going full speed. We are not doing anything glamorous, just the usual office routines that keep things moving. Most of us take the bus or the metro to get here because parking in Shakarpur is a total nightmare. It is a practical space for what we do. We have got some calendars on the wall and a small kitchen area where we keep the kettle. It is not a corporate showroom, just a place where we show up, do the work, and then head home.
