We operate out of Flat No 303 in Building No H 3, which is part of Pratiksha Nagar in Sion East. It’s a residential-style setup, which makes the whole place feel a bit more relaxed than a typical office. Living and working in Mumbai means you get used to the sounds of the city, and our building is no different. You can hear the traffic and the general hum of the neighborhood all day long. The office itself is a bit tight, especially when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We have desks tucked into every available corner. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find a big mahogany boardroom table. Instead, we usually just gather around the main desk when we need to discuss something. We go through a lot of pens and paper around here. Most of the people working here have been with us long enough to know where everything is kept, even if the filing system looks a bit messy to an outsider. We try to keep things simple. When you come up to the third floor, you’ll see our name, Ernst Young, and that’s about it. We don't have big signs or flashing lights. It’s just a quiet place where we focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to keep up with the pace of life in Mumbai. The neighbors are mostly families, so it stays fairly respectful.
