At Ernst Young Pvt Ltd, we have our office at 5E 14 D in the Bp Nit area of Faridabad. This part of Haryana is very industrial and busy, which fits the way we work. Our space is located in one of the blocks of NIT and it’s a very functional environment. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. There are some desks, a couple of old chairs, and shelves full of folders that we’ve collected over time. It’s the kind of place where you can hear the neighbors and the traffic from the main road all day long. We start our mornings by checking the mail and getting the computers warmed up. It is a small team here, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We don't have meetings in glass boardrooms; we just talk over our monitors when something comes up. The 5E area is a bit crowded, and parking can be a hassle, but we’ve made this spot our home. We usually bring our own lunch or get something from the local market nearby. It’s an honest, plain way to work. We aren't trying to be anything other than a local business office in Faridabad. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but they are fine for now while we focus on our daily tasks. It is just where we come to do our jobs every morning.
