Ernst Young Pvt Ltd operates out of Villa 39 in Rosewood Cityd Block. This is part of South Cityii in Sector49, Gurgaon. It’s near the Nirvana Prperties area, so it’s a bit more of a residential setting than a typical downtown office building. We like it here because it is a bit quieter than the main roads of New Delhi or the busy parts of Gurgaon. The villa is a nice spot and we’ve set up our workstations in the main rooms downstairs. It doesn't feel like a cold office at all. Instead, it’s more like working from a house, which keeps everyone a bit more relaxed during the day. We have a small garden area out front that we try to keep tidy, though the weeds sometimes get ahead of us during the rainy season. People come by mostly for scheduled things because we aren't really set up for walk-in visitors. We have our computers and our printers and that’s about all we need. Sometimes the internet acts a bit slow when the weather is bad, but we usually manage to get things done. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We don't use fancy titles or wear suits every day. Most of us just wear whatever is comfortable and get the work finished. It’s a solid place for us to be and it works out well for everyone in the group.
