You can find us over at B 110 in Sushant Lok 3, right in Sector 57 of Gurgaon. It is a busy part of town, so getting here in the morning is always a bit of a challenge with the traffic, but we manage. We have been working out of this building for quite a while now. It is a standard office setup, nothing too flashy or impressive, just a place where we get things done. Most of us here at Ericsson India Private Ltd spend our days looking at screens and dealing with the technical side of the network. It gets pretty hot during the summer months, but the air conditioning usually holds up well enough. There are plenty of small shops nearby where we grab snacks or tea when we need a break from the monitors. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, except for the construction noises that seem to be everywhere in Gurgaon lately. We have a small team here, and everyone knows each other’s names. We don’t really do big meetings or fancy presentations much. It is more about sitting down and fixing whatever needs to be fixed that day. Sometimes the courier gets lost trying to find B 110 because the numbering around here can be confusing, but we usually just wave them down from the gate. It is a decent place to work, honestly. We just keep our heads down and do the job as best as we can.
