We didn't bother with fancy carpets or expensive paintings. It’s just a place to work. D Block is easy to find if you know Janakpuri. There are plenty of places to grab a bite to eat nearby, which is nice for the staff. The traffic in New Delhi 46 can be a bit much in the evenings, but we’re used to it. Inside the office, it’s mostly just the sound of typing and people talking. We don't have a big HR department or a huge floor of people. It’s a smaller, more direct team. We like being in D Block because it’s a central enough spot. People can find us without too much trouble. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation here at Equinox Iflex Global Services Pvt Ltd. We show up, we do our work in Janakpuri, and we go home like everyone else.
