You can find Encore Capital Group over in Gurgaon at 931 Sector 23 A. It’s a pretty standard office building in the 122017 area. We deal with capital and money matters, which means there are a lot of spreadsheets and phone calls happening throughout the day. Gurgaon is always moving fast, and our sector is no different. The office can get a bit hectic when the markets are doing something interesting or when we have a lot of accounts to go through. We aren't a massive corporate machine with a skyscraper. We are just a group of people working out of this space. The desks are usually covered in notes and there’s always someone looking for a pen that actually works. We take our lunches when we can, usually just grabbing something nearby. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our toes. We’ve been in this spot for a bit and we’ve gotten to know the other businesses around Sector 23 A. It’s a decent place to be if you’re doing this kind of work. We don't put on airs or try to act like we’re something we aren't. We just handle the capital side of things and try to keep everything balanced. It’s a lot of sitting and typing, but that is the job we chose. Sometimes the air conditioning in the building acts up, which isn't great in the summer, but we manage. That's just how it goes.
